Problem with trouble ticket

Hi,
I am unable to view my data. Also my app is unable to access it.

error message in yesterday : “Backendless encountered an error while handling the request. An internal trouble ticket with ID 0F7A8537-5CE5-753B-FF09-207C72F94900 has been created and we will be investigating the issue.”

now I checked and ID for error has been changed !why this ID changed?
my new error: “Backendless encountered an error while handling the request. An internal trouble ticket with ID 1C65EA0B-2A11-0BDE-FFC7-3333234BC100 has been created and we will be investigating the issue.”

The problem with access to your data tables is due to DB maintenance since Feb 4. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Your application is being restored and will be available in next 24h.

Regarding the error ID being regenerated - that is expected behavior, as the same (previously reported problem) may have different contexts. That’s why we log every error of the same nature to grab as many info as possible in order to track what may be causing it.
