Product questions for shop.backendless.com

Hi,

I don’t know where else to put this but I have a question regarding a few of the products on shop.backendless.com.

On this product page, there’s a picture of the back of the shirt:

But, on these ones, there isn’t:

https://shop.backendless.com/product/unisex-hoodie/

Does that mean the backs of those shirts are blank?

That’s correct, if there is no picture showing design details, it means it is blank.

When I click on “Add to cart” this happens:

It also happens when I click on the cart itself. I’ve noticed it doesn’t do it when you’re not logged in.

I may have gotten confused during the process, I’ve exchanged my Backendless Bucks for market credit. When I go to checkout at shop.backendless.com, there’s no discount shown. I noticed here (Introducing Backendless Shop | Backendless Mobile Platform), there’s a screenshot:

Yes, I see that you were confused. I apologize about that. We should make it clearer in the product…

When you convert BBs to $, you get a credit which can be applied for purchases directly from the Marketplace as well as pricing plans, basically everything outside of shop.backendless.com. When you go to shop.backendless.com, you apply your BBs directly from there (without conversion in Backendless Console). Have you used the credit received from BBs anywhere else yet? If not, we should be able to revert the conversion so you can apply it at shop.

Don’t think I have. I thought perhaps that’s how you do it because there is this section in the marketplace.

Yes, that’s the confusing part. The brand shop items do show up in the marketplace, but when you click on them, they redirect to shop.backendless.com. All other items in the marketplace can be purchased directly there.

Please let me know if you’d like us to revert the credit back to BBs.

We restored the BBs and reverted the account’s dollar credit balance back to zero. Could you please check and confirm if you see the BB’s balance back to where it was?

Yeah, the BBs are back now and my remaining balance is back to $0.00. Just one last thing, are my API calls likely to be disabled because of this?

No, please disregard the negative disk space. It is a known issue and we hope to have it fixed soon.
