Is there a way to assign separate billing of development and published apps?
Every app in Backendless is already billed separately. If you need to bill to a different credit card for each app, create a separate billing profile and associate an app with it. It can be done on the billing management page for your account (click the Home icon in the console and navigate to Billing > Payment Profiles)
