Push notification is not working

I have tried to get device token use the link " https://ionicframework.com/docs/v3/native/fcm" because i am using the platform ionic with angular, I have registered device using above device token.
I have tried to send push notification from backendless console i didn’t any notification the device

My app id is " FB4CB018-6F5D-7274-FF56-46A6BFAE8300"
Suggest me regarding the issue
