Question on billing

When I click on User analytics the user tab shows zero traffic.

However I have been billed $37. Please explain the discrepancy.

Did you select the same billing interval on that screen as in the billing statement?

Yes. The billing is for 3rd Oct to 2nd Nov 2023 and the user traffic is also for last 30 days.
