Can I somehow do that when a user sign up it do not logs the IP address to make them untraceble?

I need that when my user go into my website and create a new post theyr IP is not logged in the system

This is why VPN’s exist. Browser needs te IP addresses so that the information requested can be sent back to you. Therefore users use VPN’s to mask their IP address, for whatever reasons they need.

In a few words - it’s impossible because it’s how the internet works in general.
