Hi,
This is notify that I have had more than 5-6 outages in the month of March. This is way too many times guys. I don’t want to be rude but this type of frequent outages is not acceptable. Is there any updates that is causing this? Is this going to be the norm for the coming months?

We are very sorry for such situations.
We really understand what problems our clients have because of outages. And are doing everything to eliminate such cases. Just right now.
For example, I can say, that the outages which you were experiencing previous Tuesday-Friday related to the movement of our services to the other more powerful/performance hardware.
And it is pity that not all steps of that big process were completed smoothly. We apologize for that.
Our clients and our community are our power. They do cool things with the help of our service and it is a real pleasure to see what they achieve. We are doing our best to make service more stable and feature rich.
