Recover application (ID: 5DA64846-E3FA-C63E-FF1B-E265995AA700) and (D53DE733-2365-4455-914E-9CAD080BE242)

I was away for some time and our account 5DA64846-E3FA-C63E-FF1B-E265995AA700 and D53DE733-2365-4455-914E-9CAD080BE242 has been deleted. Is there some way to recover it?

Hey Marina. I went into the billing area and I can’t add another credit card. I just see the old credit card I have.

Click the avatar image in the upper-right corner of Backendless Console. This will take you to the My Account section. In there navigate to the Payment Profiles screen and add a credit card there. Once it is done, you can associate your app with the payment profile. There should be a prompt for that, but it can also be done on the My Apps screen (in the My Account section).

Great! I see that you have already been charged for the app restoring. The API is available in your app. When it is needed, you can change to some paid plan.
