Could you explain that you mean under ‘Remote APIs’?
Maybe you mean ‘Management REST API’ functional pack?

I mean by remote APIs is having the ability to send a push notification from another backend by integrating with Backendless APIs.

You can do it with event handlers https://backendless.com/documentation/business-logic/java/bl_messaging_service_handler.htm just provide logic for publish in beforePublish method. And set prematureResult to RunnerContext context
