Remote database unavailable - cannot access stats, cannot deploy production business logic

I login to the web panel, click on my app, and see this:

I see the same error when running “./deploy.sh”

I got this message in my stand alone instance ? how can solve it ?

Please make sure all processes are running. Use the “Application Manager” app to get the status of individual processes.
