Steps to reproduce

Please describe steps to reproduce starting from the first action.

  1. We basically use REST API.
  2. It takes approximately 600 to 700 ms, the API return time.
  3. We want to be guaranteed a faster return time.
  4. Can’t I use the Asian (Korea) regional server?

Hi @jbcpkr ,

There can be a possibility that others internet providers in your region will have smaller network delay.
Unfortunately there is no other way to improve response time with Cloud version of our platform since currently we have only two clusters - US and EU. For your location there will be network overhead for both of them.
You can consider to switch to the PRO version of our platform. With this version you will be able to have your applications in most suitable for you location. If you interested in PRO version please contact sales@backendless.com for more details
