Resolved - misunderstanding

I’m leaving this question but clarifing that there isn’t an issue here. as Mark mentioned the people I saw in the console are indeed people who assist me. The fact the they are shown in the console is indeed desired as shows that backendless support is transparent you know when people access your account even if it is from backendless support.

So there is not issue here.
