Using the BackEndless Web Interface from an iOS device (iPad or iPhone), I am unable to restore my developer account password. When I click on the Restore Password link and send a request, the email never comes. I am logged in through the Web Interface on my MacBook Pro, but can’t change the password from there because I do not know what the current password is. I am afraid to log out because I will then be locked out completely. Help please. Thanks.

I see several emails which were sent. I suspect they were either blocked by your mail server or went to the Spam folder. I just forwarded one of them to you.
