Please note that applications on the free plan are retained only for a limited time. After a period of inactivity, they may be automatically removed, and we cannot guarantee that a backup will still be available. Before any deletion, several notification emails are sent to the account owner.
On the other hand, applications on a paid plan are kept for a longer period, and data retention is more reliable. However, switching to a paid plan now cannot restore an app that was previously deleted while on the free plan — the change only affects future data retention.
If we still have a backup of your old project, it can potentially be restored. The recovery process is time-consuming and requires about 4 hours of our system administrator’s time. Therefore, there is a recovery fee of $85/hour to cover the engineer’s time.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed, and we will check whether a backup is available for your application.
