Scale Fixed Calculator Analytics Not Working

The “Scale Fixed” calculator under “Analytics” doesn’t appear to be working properly.
When I try to click on “Scale Fixed” I get a “Something went wrong” error with the following error:

Hi Mike,

Your subscription renews on the 12th of every month. Here’s what I see from June:

  • June 12. The subscription got renewed, you were on the Scale Variable plan at that time
  • June 28. You switched to Scale Fixed. We billed a prorated adjustment between Scale Variable and Scale Fixed. A statement that was emailed on the 28th should show all the details.
