Scale Plan Tier Threshold Locked

Had to switch to the Scale plan, but the Max Tier Threshold is locked…can someone please unlock so I can reduce the threshold?

What tier would you like it to be changed to? I will be happy to change it for you.

The threshold is locked for the new apps until they go through the first billing cycle.
