A couple of things in training video.
#1 I can not find Dynamic List Behavior in the Block settings
#2 It appears Dynamic List has removed or renamed in the UI Library on the left.

Dynamic List Behavior was renamed to Repeated Logic a couple of months ago.

Could you give me a screenshot of Repeated Logic. I’m not seeing it.
Also, help me find Set Dynamic List on the left UI Builder.

On the left side, we enable Repeater Behavior, and on the right, we could see the Repeater Logic. Also, I should inform you this behavior allowed not for all components, at the screen you could see a Block component.
As for your second question, it looks in this way. Don’t forget to add some ID for your Block and it will appear.
