Send email from template with form entries

Hello,
is there an example how I can send my form to an email but can use my own email template?
How do I integrate the properties (entries) from my input-fields to my template?

For now I sent my form to email and get following result:

I want show each entry in new line and with special formatted design (bold etc.).
So I need a email template right? How will it work?
