I have a service (https://flashfriend.backendless.app/api/services/DentistAPI/Login) thats not working and when trying to invoke from the backendless dash it says network error. The URL is unreachable leaving my applications unable to operate.

Does the error still happen for you? If so, do you have any browser plugins that could be interfering with the service invocation?
