Slow loading issue of file storage

Hi,

I am facing very slow loading time issue with file storage service. Currently i am using the subdomain of “awashbase.backendless.app” and the ping time mostly between 300 to 500++ms. Please advise.

Does the problem occur in EU or US? Does the problem still persist?

Now is better and i get average about 200++ms ping time. But still i will face slow loading time if i am loading a video file.

My server is in US.

The only thing we can advise here is to use a CDN for static caching.
