Slow loading of pages and fetching data and displaying

Our application uses a page called feedback and uses on page enter a count of objects codeless block to check the presence of a record in a table. If present we route the app to a different page else load the page and get input from user.

The issue is its very slow in loading pages. it takes many seconds to load pages and sometimes over 30 seconds. if it doesn’t load in a 1 - 5 second gap it wont be acceptable for any user.
Kindly check our app and advise us as how to resolve this issue.

From which region you try to load that page?
Could you also provide link to that page so we will be able to check it by ourselves?

Such huge delay can be caused by poor internet connection between US cluster and your app.
