All services are up, and we were not experiencing any kind of service outages recently. Are you still facing slowness? If so - could you please share an API call (preferably REST request) demonstrating the delay in response?

The issue with the recent outages that they happen only for few minutes (or few seconds) and just get cleared … I did notice that many times recently … this is why I captured the server response above (attached image above) for instance now is fine but at the time I reported this like 50 minutes ago … I did all sorts of tests myself and the server was just not responding to anything … if you like I can report it differently when it happens again but yes this are happening frequently so I would appreciate a closer look and I’m happy to help where I can
Sorry for the inconvenience, the best way to report any issues concerning Backendless server outage - is directly in the slack channel, you will get a faster response and more of details regarding the reasons of the outage and timing of a fix.
