My Springboard plan, which I purchased on April 1st, 2021 for $50, has been downgraded since January 1st of this year. I would like to know what happened and why my plan was downgraded.
Why was my Springboard plan downgraded? And what can I do to get my plan back to its original state?
Unfortunately, the Springboard plan doesn’t exist anymore.
