SSL Certificate added manually by support?

Hello there,

Can the Backendless support add the SSL certificate manually if I provide them with my own?

As well, is it mandatory to have the Cloud 99 plan or Cloud enterprise plan to activate the SSL certificate?

  1. We don’t install client’s certificates.
  2. Yes, you need Cloud99 or enterprise plan.

SSL certificates are installed into backendless domains by default. If you want to use your own domain, you need Cloud99 or enterprise plan to install SSL certificate to your domain.

How about a custom domain?

For custom domain you need Cloud99 or enterprise plan.
