The SSL certificate is working for the domain name assigned to my app by Backendless, but not for the custom domain I have assigned to the app. Thanks.

I was not able to reproduce this problem. Requests via https work fine for me in your application using a custom domain. Try testing in incognito mode to avoid the cache.
