Hi,

My app needs SSL certificate. Is it automatically installed when i upgrade to Cloud 99? How long does it take to be effective?

Hi @Sanjay_Iyer ,

you have to create your SSL certificate and send it to support@backendless.com so that we apply it.
SSL certificates are available only for Cloud99 plan.

Could you recommend a cheap certificate compatible with all browsers?

We cannot make a recommendation like that. If we suggest something and it doesn’t work, we’d be the one to blame. Please do your research and we’d be happy to deploy the certificate.
