Yes, you can create an HTML file in the Root/web directory, get the file URL and open in a browser.

Unfortunately, we do not have such kind of Blueprint at this moment, however, I believe we will create one in future.

This could be a problem since UI-Builder produces SPA (Single Page Application) and google/etc bots won’t be able to index it. We are going to solve the problem in the next year.
