Subscription canceled

Respected Backendless team,

we had some problems with our credit card and couldn’t solve till today. Meanwhile our application got the subscription canceled status. We updated the billing information but now we need somebody to activate our application again.

Can you please help us with this?

@Inna_Shkolnaya after reactivating our application we now have a problem with uploading files.

It doesn’t work anymore. Could it be that after reactivation something changed in domain settings of the application?

Yea,

we just noticed that when try to upload files via android app it doesn’t work. We than tried with Postman and it’s also not possible. Before these problems with our payment everything was fine.

Could you please provide the curl you’re sending via Postman?

here is the url to files folder in backendless environment (this url is used by android app which uploads files). When you remove last ‘/’ it will work, but we’re completely confused, it worked so far for almost a year.

Could you provide full cURL request which you try to use and which fails with an error?

the problem is it works from console, but when used from android it doesn’t return error but also doesn’t upload the file.

@Aleksandar_Dukovic ,

Could you, please, also provide signature of the method from Android SDK which you are using? There are several different methods for uploading and I want to check that method from my side.
