Expected Behavior

Please describe the expected behavior of the issue, starting from the first action.

  1. The trial will be over soon.
  2. Currently, Plan is set to cloud 99 by default.
  3. I tried to set it to cloud 9.
  4. It is said to have failed.

Actual Behavior

Please provide a description of what actually happens, working from the same starting point.

Hi @jbcpkr ,

The error message which you received comes from a payment gateway which we are using to collect payments. Gateway is failed to process your payment for billing plan.
It can be due to one of the following reasons:

  • there is a limit for internet purchases on your card;
  • there are not enough money on your card. There should be at least $35 (or a little bit more since your bank can impose commission on the payment).

Could you please check your card and try one more time?
