I have just checked the record deletion functionality, and everything appears to be working correctly.
I reviewed the change history in your application (attached screenshot) and found that the data were deleted by one of the developers.
Since this incident was not due to any fault on our part, restoring the data would require a service fee.

We can’t restore just one table or record, if there’s a backup, we can only roll back all data in the database.
