Team please help, I can't find my converted BB credits anymore!

I converted my BB credits to $37 last week and tried to use it for shopping but was unable to. This evening, I tried to upgrade my account from free plan to scale plan using my converted $37 dollars but I couldn’t find it in my account anymore. Please what is wrong?

Welcome to Backendless! Please provide your appId.

Note that converted BBs are linked to a specific app. So if you converted them in app A, they should be added to the current balance of app A. You can only use them there.
