Timer not running, help

Hello,

Our MerchantListingService timer does not seem to ever kick off on it’s own. Running it manually works. But, it will not honour the timing settings.

We have been running it for years, and from time to time, it will randomly stop working. Usually turning it off and on again will get it to start back up. But, this time, nothing seems to get it to run again. I have tried re-deploying, running it manually, deleting it and re-creating it.

I’m not sure how to fix this.
