Timer now doesn't run automatically


We have a timer set up called ‘ScheduleMessages’. This is due to run every 300 seconds, and was working fine with no issue. But seems to have stopped running on its own. If I go to the execution history for this enabled timer, I see that it last ran on: 12/16/2020 12:41:33

Why is this and how can we ensure this timer stays running, as it has been set up to do?

We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. Could you please try redeploying the timer code for now? It should resume the normal schedule.
