We recently switched over to an installation of Backendless Pro. Shortly after doing so, we discovered that a notification had appeared on the emails section of the messaging service, stating that the domain was not registered to the TinyMCE Customer Portal. It suggests to alert an admin to add the domain to continue using TinyMCE. [See screenshot]
Whilst I have created our own TinyMCE account an obtained a free API key, I cannot find anywhere to update any settings - this leaves me to believe that it required someone at Backendless to do it?
Very grateful for any support or answers to this as it currently means that we cannot send any emails via the API (but we are able to send tests?). Thanks in advance
I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve created my own account in TinyMCE and added my app domain in the Tiny Approved domain, but the same issue is displayed
The API key should be located under the config/console/tinyMCEAPIKey config path in your Consul. A default key starting with apcm... is provided, but you need to replace it with your own key for the editor to function correctly.
Thank you for your response. However, I am not sure where exactly I need to go in Backendless to update the TinyMCE API key. Could you please provide more detailed instructions on how to access the config path (config/console/tinyMCEAPIKey) and where I should input my key?
A step-by-step guide or screenshots would be very helpful.
