I am receiving the TinyMCE message when viewing or trying to modify an email template. What is the cause of this? What is the method(s) to repair? The “more info” link brings me to the TinyMCE website that encourages me to obtain a free account and an API key.
You can get your own TinyMCE API key (they are free) on the following site: My Account | Tiny Cloud
Once you have an API key, add it using Backendless Console:
