Transferring the springboard plan to another app

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to transfer the springboard plan from one app to another, I love Backendless so far and have even purchased an extra video on Udemy but I made a mistake that I set the application to an American server so its really slow and its really hard to work on any projects.

The first app that I have created is Kristijan_1 (With springboard plan)

And the second is Aplikacija_2
(14F1FD52-44D1-261D-FF20-39B7E8962700)

Again I have really enjoyed the service that Backendless provides and would like to continue learning and creating.
