Hello,
I’ve just got automatically charged for the Cloud 99 subscription plan on trial ending. That was not planned to continue on Cloud 99 for this app, and I have instantly downgraded to Cloud 9. Thus, I’ve got the following message:
You will be downgraded to the Cloud 9 at the end of your current billing period on Fri Oct 21 2022 12:34:47 GMT+0200 (Central European Summer Time)
Which is ok, but I do not intend use the Cloud 99 and do not need it for the app. I’d like to downgrade early and get a refund. Could you please support on this issue? Thanks in advance.
