Trial Period Ended

My trial period has ended and I subscribed to the cloud 9 plan. even after the purchasing plan it still shows the trial period ended. the database is linked to the dropsource and I have a submission of my work next week… does anyone have an idea of why it is not accessible for me? if yes, please notify me as soon as possible… thanks
