Trying to activate Springboard plan, not working

Hello Team,
Just purchased the shortcut for Springboard. Not able to apply to our app (error below, here’s a Loom video: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom)

Internal Server Error with ID 1cd7fdbe-ea22-435c-a515-7637eb9bfca3. The development team is already aware of this fault and is working on a fix.

Sorry for inconvenience. I have moved your app on the Springboard.
Currently we have a problem related to displaying application resources usage. Due to this modal window for changing plan is not available. Our team is aware about this problem and working on the solution.

I hope you will enjoy further work with Backendless.
