My cc shows 1.37 charges going in and out of it so its not being refused by the bank it seems.

When a credit card has just been added, we do charge a certain amount, which is refunded immediately to check the validity of the card. This is the fee you see.
The error message which you received comes from a payment gateway which we are using to collect payments. Gateway is failed to process your payment for billing plan.
It can be due to one of the following reasons:
- there is a limit for internet purchases on your card;
- there are not enough money on your card. There should be at least $35 (or a little bit more since your bank can impose commission on the payment) to change the plan to Cloud9. Or $50 to buy Springboard.
Could you please check your card and try one more time?

Hi Marina, thanks for the reply. I don’t have a restriction of my card and there is plenty of room. I’ve also used this card in the past for an app and it worked although I remember it being difficult last time as well. I tried again and it failed again.
Any other suggestions?
@Joel_Maclean1, The problem is that the bank or someone else on the outside refuses to make the transaction. There is nothing we can do about it. I can therefore advise you to contact your bank.
