Are there any plans to make the iOS SDK, tvOS compatible?

Yes - in the long term. Currently we’re a bit swamped with an overwhelming interest in Backendless following Parse’s shutdown. We will be revisiting the tvOS option later this year. Please keep in mind that the SDK is open source and anyone can fork it to improve further and create variations for other deployable targets.
