Twilio Plugin to support sending a verification code via email and not just phone number (their SendGrid integration)

Hi Johan,

For 2FA via email you could use the facilities built into Backendless. Generating a one time code and delivering via email can be done with our Email templates (or plain email). Code verification can be done in business logic.
