Two of my pages are now empty

I was not using UI Builder for my application for a while.
When I’m now opening UI Builder, I see that two of my pages are “empty”. There is just a “Page” component without any further content. All the previous content for these pages seems to be gone.
Could you please restore this content?

Can you check your backups section in file system?

You can restore data from it.

I checked. From March 28 to March 31, the size of the files index.html of both pages dropped to 0. Any idea why this had happened?

How do I restore from backup? Just copying/pasting files?

You can restore data in UI-Builder → Backups section.
