UI hanging on loading logis and UI interface

Hi,
I’m accessing backendless via eu server.
When asking for UI builder, the system shows loading icon and takes minutes to load. Also, when asking for logic it also hangs.

Apple iMac M1, problem appears on Opera & Chrome [all latest versions]
