Unable to change billing plan

I need to disable the billing for app id: 08D73C6A-C7AB-BAD9-FFEA-DBFAAD5AEA00
We’re using a different app now and no longer need the paid tier for that one. When I tried to choose free, it said error occurred and didn’t switch.

Allen,

The billing for that app has been disabled since October. Please do not delete the app as we need to figure out what has happened.

Hi, I am trying to downgrade a plan from Scale to Free since it the associated app is idle and was just used for learning. The app tells me " You are not allowed to switch to the Free billing plan until you uninstall all products from the Marketplace." So I hit the red uninstall button for all my marketplace products (which were lecture materials) and get a green dialog box that says “The product has been successfully uninstalled”. However, the products are not uninstalled. I’m in a loop that does not work. Can you identify the error and make the uninstall feature work? Will deleting the app be possible if marketplace product uninstall does not work?

Thanks for the detailed description.

I was able to reproduce the issue. The products are actually being uninstalled, but the Console continues to display them as installed. An internal ticket has been created to track and resolve this issue.

Regarding your second question: yes, you can delete the application even if the Marketplace product uninstall does not work.

As an additional workaround, you can go to UI Builder and remove the pages that were created when the Marketplace products were installed:

  • Add_set_1toN_Relations
  • Delete_Relation_API
  • Component_Use_Practice
  • Transactions_Overview
  • Deep_Save_API
  • Grouping_API_Demo
  • Set_Relation_API
  • Login_Screen_Template
  • Related_Object_Retrieval_API
  • basic-data-retrieval
  • data-paging-loadMore
  • bulk_update
  • data_page_loading_preloadAll
  • bulk_delete
  • getbyid
  • object_update_API
  • object_delete
  • object_upsert

After removing these pages, switching to the Free plan should work.
