Unable to delete app due to billing error (Code 11046)

Hello,

I am writing to request assistance with deleting my application to stop further billing. I have already deleted all tables and data associated with the app as I no longer intend to use it.

However, when I attempt to delete the app, I am blocked by the following error message indicating a transaction decline:

Error Code: 11046 Message: “Failed to charge debt for app. This transaction has been declined.”

Could you please look into this or advise on how I can settle the outstanding balance so I can permanently close this account?

To delete an application any existing balance must be cleared and that’s what the system is attempting to do. However, it appears the credit card is being declined.

That’s incredible, as I did not think that for a school project I would have to pay so much just for testing a simple app.
