Hi,

Unable to log in the application. Data cant be retrieved. Please help. Also, could you please clarify the reason for abrupt outages after every few days?

each time it is a different reason, so there is no one for this question. I can say that we are doing our best to minimize an outage, and each time we are adding more and more monitoring alerts to prevent the outage.
