Sorry Mark - didn’t see that bottom section of the report form. Let’s give this one a moment and see if it resolves with the outage issues. If it persists I’ll return here with details, otherwise I’ll close it out.

This issue must have been related to the outage just now. IT is resolved on it’s own.
