When I go to edit the email template, I do not have the ability to modify the email body (it is grey).

Do you have any browser plugins, possibly ad blockers installed? There are no ads in the Backendless Console, but I suspect there is some kind of false positive that prevents the editor from being displayed.

Yes, ad blocker is installed and on by default. I turned it off for backendless and it still does not show up. I tried in both Chrome and Edge.
