Unable to Publish App since this morning

I sent an email to support today, but received no response.

I am unable to publish my app since early this morning.

All I get is the message: “Please wait for a while, the app is being published”.

Nothing ever happens after this.

My AppID: ACE46687-EB31-F095-FF38-CDB1E0260900.

Can someone please investigate why publishing is not working?
